We developed the Renesas Culture in 2020, a mindset or a guideline of conduct that should be shared across the Renesas Group and all our employees. The guideline acts as the reference point for all our activities, behavior and decision-making, and consists of five elements: "Transparent, Agile, Global, Innovative, Entrepreneurial." These elements build the foundation to becoming a company that responds flexibly to changes, solves issues, and continues to create value sustainably. Each Renesas Group employee can grab the initiative by embodying this Culture and incorporating it across various decision-making processes in all activities.
